We provide mentorship for HR Managers who are developing their career, and we provide Board level support to Business Owners who require a people professional to input into strategic decisions. We write HR strategies and support the company to implement them, and we engage with the teams within those businesses through the development of engagement vehicles such as staff councils and representation groups who can feed into business decision making.
We love what we do. Even if we are supporting a reorganisation or redundancy programme, conducting a disciplinary investigation, or untangling multiple grievances involving interpersonal relationships, we deliver positively and try and find the best outcome for the individuals and the business.
This is our passion! We love working with clients to create realistic and effective performance management and reward frameworks. Providing learning opportunities for line managers to assist them in the day to day operational people management, creating appraisal processes that actually work (and we hardly ever call them appraisals!), and identifying what motivates teams and enables individuals to optimise their performance.
If we don’t have a positive impact on your bottom line through employee engagement and performance, or even enabling the business to exit an individual in the most positive way possible, we haven’t done our job properly. We are experienced with appropriate qualifications and indemnity.
We also know where our boundaries are. We have an extensive network of employment lawyers, training and development professionals, coaches, occupational health advisers and other business services.
